We stand behind our gear with the SCARS Lifetime Guarantee, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return new, unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure you have the toughest equipment for your training, rucking, and travel needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal to ensure your gear is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Pack the Gear

  Place your unused gear in its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
